As the darkness of winter descends, there is light and hope ahead, and in Buena Vista it begins right at your front door. Buena Vista’s annual ‘Deck the Door’ contest has been a welcome reprieve from the health and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The community voted on a selection of 10 doors in the contest.

The three winners were announced Monday, Dec. 21.
