“To celebrate our community, our allies, and our youth, we host the Ark Valley Pride Awards each year,” said PfCA Director of Policy + Programming Jimmy Sellars. “These awards are meant to honor those who contribute to the LGBTQ+ community in a positive way and create an affirming and safe space for people of all abilities, cultures, classes, and faiths.”
The group reaches out to schools, churches, public service providers, and community leaders to select people in our community to honor with the Ark Valley Pride Awards.
This year PfCA has simplified the nomination process. The nomination form, for those working with youth to nominate up to 11 youth at a time, is available here: https://forms.gle/ur7nQEaoZcAjeaXc8
