So far 176 ballots have been returned un-deliverable. Chaffee County Clerk and Recorder Lori Mitchell says that because of the county’s use of ballot-trax, many of the people to whom they were sent have been alerted and have called the Clerk and Recorder Office to update their record. The county has sent out replacement ballots.
