The Buena Vista Public Library at 131 Linderman Ave. has released its public programming schedule for April, featuring a wide variety of programs for Adults and Youth alike. Once again, the Buena Vista Library proves that libraries are not just for reading — they are cultural learning centers.

New for adults this month are sessions on Drip Irrigating, Caregiving Conversations, Renter’s Rights, and Chakra Activation and Sound Therapy.
In addition to ongoing programs, youth of all ages have a crowd-pleasing expedition with Destination Story Time and their visit to Souled Out T-Shirts.

Introduction to Drip Irrigating **NEW**

Colorado Master Gardeners teach the basics of setting up a drip irrigation system. Learn the benefits of drip irrigation, review the required components, and assemble a drip system for your own garden. All supplies provided. Limit 20. Registration required
Before the Time Comes: Caregiving Conversations **NEW**

Prepare for a senior living solution. Local author Monica Young introduces conversations family caregivers need to have with their aging parents.
Renter’s Rights: Ask an Attorney ***NEW***

Get answers to questions about renter’s rights and other civil matters. Learn about the legal rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants in this one-hour class.
Chakra Activation and Sound Therapy **NEW**

Relax and balance the body through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. Then, enjoy a sound bath to release tension. Sound therapy uses vibrations or frequencies to aid in mental and physical health. (If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be a good choice for relaxation.)
