On the agenda for the 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, regular meeting of the Town of Buena Vista Trustees is an update from code enforcement regarding possible changes in the town’s camping policies. The town’s code enforcement officer will outline the past year’s experience within town limits of the use of recreational vehicles and camping-related to special events, as well as the town’s camping realities for transient and seasonal employees.

Also on the agenda is a review of the town’s third-quarter financial results and a public hearing on the proposed 2020 budget. Trustees will discuss budget requests from the departments, as well as town needs, that may or may not be in the 2020 budget.

The meeting agenda includes adjournment to an executive session for two items. The first discussion is to determine the town’s position relative to a water rights issue. The second will determine the town’s position related to the negotiation of the town administrator’s contract.
