The Salida Chamber of Commerce has organized a free business law series for Salida Chamber members.
Part I, focused on employment law, begins the series: from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 17 at the Salida Scout Hut.
Presented by Nathan Lawrence, a founding attorney of Principle Law, the topic will include worker classification, employment agreements, and regulatory requirements. Lawrence will also delve into fair hiring and firing and discuss employment policies.
The event will begin with a light, complimentary breakfast served by The Divide. It is free for chamber members and $10 for non-members (pay in cash at the door).
