BV Planning commission to Review Major Site Plan for 21,000 SF South Court Social

The Buena Vista Planning & Zoning Commission will hear a request for a major site plan for 505 E. Main Street on Wednesday evening, July 15.

The plan calls for an approximately 21,000 square-foot mixed-use building to be constructed across the street from the Buena Vista Heritage Museum and Avery Parsons Elementary School.

The development, called South Court Social, has plans for 5,550 square feet of commercial space and 16 long-term, multifamily residential units.
