Success for an entrepreneur isn’t just about the bottom line. From 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. November 16, the local Colorado Business Development Center will host a free session designed for small business leaders and entrepreneurs to pick up innovative tips on how to build a cohesive team.

While it’s important to aim for your desired financial goals, success is also measured by what matters most to you, such as having a positive impact on your customers or community, building camaraderie in your team, cultivating a healthy work-life balance, and navigating challenges (just to name a few).
The session will be led by Business and Leadership Coach and Consultant Jennifer Visitacion, the founder of Moonstone Ventures. She’ll lead an exploration of a framework for evaluating your success based on personal and organizational sustainability indicators and to create a plan for ending the year in celebration of all you have accomplished.
