Chaffee Arts is asking the community to answer a short questionnaire so they can better understand the role of arts organizations in Colorado communities over time. Chaffee Arts is part of the Rural Arts Connect who received grant funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services to help members work together more efficiently in service of our region.

In times of COVID-19, it is especially important that the community hears from surrounding neighbors about their experiences and perceptions of what Chaffee Arts does. The questionnaire take 10-15 minutes to complete and the questions focus on experiences with arts organizations.
Answers will be anonymous; assuring that no one will be able to connect what you say to your name or contact information.
Chaffee Arts asks that even if you have filled out this survey in the past, they would like you to take the survey again to help them track how answers change over time.
