The Chaffee County Board of Adjustments met in special at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 in the commissioner’s meeting room and moved immediately into executive session.

The purpose of its closed-door session (held under the Sunshine Law) is to receive legal advice involving an “Appeal of Administrative Interpretation” filed by Alison Brown. The Board of Adjustment announced prior to going into  session that it would make no other decisions following the executive session.
