The Chaffee County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) has scheduled a special board meeting for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 23 with only two agenda items.
In regular session, it will review and ratify the purchase contract for 7420 U.S. 50 in Salida.
Then the BoCC will proceed immediately to an executive session “for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions and strategy involving pending land use litigation.”

The next scheduled BoCC meeting is set for 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 5.
