Little information is available about the topic and the agenda says only that the BoCC “Consider moving into Executive Session under C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a) for purposes of discussing a potential transfer of a property interest and under C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e)(I) for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and instructing negoitiators.”
