The agenda for the Board of County Commissioners regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, is heavy on development housekeeping duties and, for a change, light on public hearings. The meeting will be held in the commissioner’s meeting room at 104 Crestone Ave., Salida, beginning with a report from the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Dept.
Commissioners will review and consider the resolution approving the Lion Mountain Minor Subdivision. They will move on to consider four different extensions for the recording of boundary line adjustments and plat amendments and recordings, beginning with the consideration of an extension to the recording of the mylar for the Grusin/Wspenski/Brewer boundary line adjustment.
They’ll consider the same kind of extension for the Reichert/Waite boundary line adjustment. This will be followed by consideration of extensions for the recording of the Bielarczyk Plat Amendment and the Tremarctos Minor Subdivision.
Also on the commissioner’s agenda for this week, is another public meeting. On March 7 they are scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort with the Hill Ranch residents.
