As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and the highly-infectious Omicron variant has become the dominant strain, the Chaffee County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) have arranged for the distribution of facemasks to offer more protection for county residents. That includes a supply of N-95 masks, which have been shown to offer the most protection.
They have arranged a mask distribution in both Salida and Buena Vista, for which residents do need to register.
To register for a free four-pack of one-size-fits-most N95s, fill out the form below for the location in which you wish to pick up your masks:

You must pick up the masks during the designated times. If the form is not accepting your registration for an N-95, that means all N95’s have been spoken for.
