The Chaffee County Democrats (CCDEMS) have set their May meeting for 5:30 p.m. Thursday evening, May 25 at the Sangre de Christo meeting room, 29780 N. US Hwy. 24, Buena Vista.

The evening’s program will highlight the Chaffee Board of County Commissioners. featuring Commissioners Keith Baker and P.T. Wood.
Among the topics to be discussed will be the incoming new County Administrator, the implementation of the Chaffee County Strategic Plan, a progress report on the Land Use Code update, Sustainable Development, the Annual Fundraiser coming up on August 5, the upcoming general elections, and more.
The Democrats welcome interested attendees and ask guests to “Bring your questions.”
