The Salida Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the Chamber of Commerce for its three annual awards.
“It is that time of the year again, to show your appreciation to someone you believe makes a big difference in this community,” said Executive Director Lori Roberts. “Please take a moment to nominate a deserving person for Man and/or Woman of the year, and the From the Heart Award and the Cornerstone Award.”
The From the Heart Award is given to recognize a citizen’s generosity of spirit and volunteerism. The Cornerstone Award is given as recognition of long-term community support and dedication.
The Deadline to submit a nomination form is Friday, December 28. The awards ceremony will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, at the SteamPlant Event Center.
