For all “Free Range Radio” listeners, the 2023 Chickenstock2 is coming up from 12:00 noon to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday 9/23 at Riverside Park. Salida’s own low power FM station, KHEN radio is celebrating 20 years of KHEN.
This free event is an afternoon of fun and appreciation for all of Salida, featuring free music, food trucks, a beer garden, and a kid’s fun zone (provided by Mobile Recess and Salida Circus).
This afternoon of fun for the whole family is a revival of the original Chickenstock concert, which was presented back in 2004.
Don’t forget to stop by the KHEN tent in Riverside Park for some Chickenstock and station nostalgia.
