The Colorado Mountain College (CMC) Board of Trustees has set a special meeting for 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Monday, September 26, at 802 Grand Avenue, Room CS33 Glenwood Springs, or via this virtual link:

The trustees will immediately go into an executive session for the purpose of discussing potential real estate projects in Eagle County.

They are expected to consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest as provided by C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a).

They plan to confer with CMC’s attorney for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions as provided by C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b), and to develop strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators as provided by C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e).

No action will be taken at this Special Meeting.
