Heart of the Rockies/Enhabit Home Health and Hospice is hosting its annual remembrance service from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 18 at the Salida Community Center to honor all who have died in the last year.
According to the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center Chaplain, Bereavement Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator Deb Abbott, PT, the remembrance ceremony is open to all those wishing to honor those who have passed on in their lives; whether that was this past year, or at any time in your memory.
“Grief is the price we pay for loving,” said the late Queen Elizabeth, and she was right. Grief doesn’t move in a predictable manner, and it can take time to turn grief into memories.
The Salida Community Center is located at 305 F St. in Salida, and all are welcome to attend the event. RSVP at 719-539-763
