Eclipse Property Management & Real Estate has announced that as of April 1, the Eclipse office in Chaffee County will now be working with the property management and real estate team of Jacy and Thomas Doumas.

Eclipse Property Management and Real Estate now manages almost 600 rental units and has offices in Chaffee County, Alamosa and Grand Junction, Colorado.
The mission of the group, reads the company’s announcement, “is to provide quality property management services to owners and investors while connecting quality tenants with quality properties, and forging meaningful relationships with owners, tenants and vendors.
The Doumas family are longtime Chaffee residents (in fact the Doumas family has had a cabin up Chalk Creek Canyon for 30 years). They are deeply involved in their community with several efforts, demonstrating a commitment that goes beyond business transactions to the friends and neighbors they serve.
