Salida’s first baby of the year for 2023 is Elijah Storm Rivera, born at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center at 12:56 p.m. Jan. on 3. Elijah weighed in at 7.67 pounds and is 20 inches in height. His parents, Jonathan and August Rivera, recently moved here from Texas.
