While the focus of wave and water action during the FIBArk Whitewater Festival is always the Arkansas River, there are plenty of other activities during the Arkansas River Valley’s premier four-day summer festival. The music schedule begins tonight, Thursday, June 16. The concerts are a combination of free events and admission by fee music events; with all music events free for those ages 18 and under and 65+ (ID’s will be required to confirm attendees are within those age categories).
