Fremont County residents that are 65 years old and older are eligible to be put on the COVID-19 waiting list. To be put on the list, email your name, address, date of birth and phone number to COVIDVaccine@fremontco.com. Those who are 65 and older can also sign up through the Fremont County Department of Public Health and Environment (FCDPHE) website by clicking here.
The Hotline number is 719-276-7421, but due to extremely high volume of calls, FCDPHE recommends emailing. FCDPHE does not have an exact date when sufficient vaccine doses will be allocated to the county but getting on the waitlist allows for quicker distribution once they are received.
The Fremont County community testing site will be closed on Thursday, February 11 and will reopen Friday February 12 at 10:00 a.m. FDCPHE apologizes for any inconvenience. For up to date COVID-19 information, click here.
