Given HRRMC’s history of consistent growth and expanded services, master planning is a critical and ongoing area of board focus.
In new business, Vice President of Fiscal Services Lesley Fagerberg will propose a board operating policy as well as present the Finance Report.
The board will also hear a Medical Staff Report from Chief of Staff Dr. Joshua Visitacion, M.D. as well as reports from CEO Bob Morasko and standing committees.
After a motion to adjourn to executive session, the Board will consider three items:
A. Matters required to be kept confidential under federal or state law

- Medical Staff Credentials
- Risk Management
- Grievance Reports
B. Property Interests – Real Property
C. Negotiations – Provider Agreements
The Board may then move to return to regular session for action, if necessary.
