Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) has opened its brand-new outpatient pavilion.

A grand opening event is scheduled for Saturday, June 1, from 7 a.m. to 12 noon. The pavilion is located on the HRRMC Salida Campus (1000 Rush Dr.).

The Pavilion consists of three floors. The facility features Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonology and Urology on the first floor. On July 1, Cardiology will relocate to the first floor of the Pavilion. Additionally, HRRMC also plans to open a pharmacy on the first floor later this year.

Cardiac Rehab, Wellness U and Rehabilitation occupy the second floor; making use of the second floor’s spacious design.

The third floor offers a growing Orthopedics program, with a combined space for the Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement teams. The third floor is also home to Psychiatry and Pain Management.

By the end of the summer, HRRMC plans to move Audiology, Allergy, and Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) to the third floor as well. Currently, Audiology and ENT are occupying rented space, while Allergy is temporarily based on the first floor.

Every floor features a registration desk – near the elevators – for the units occupying that floor.

HRRMC offers maps for the pavilion on its website (www.hrrmc.com), and in the main lobby of the hospital.
