The clinic will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be located in the parking lot of the west entrance of the Outpatient Pavilion, 1000 Rush Drive in Salida. Walk-ins are welcome, although appointments can also be made via mobilevax.us/southeast if desired. Flu vaccines and all Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) and FDA-approved brands of COVID-19 vaccines will be available.

To access the vaccination bus, please enter HRRMC’s campus by turning on to County Road 154 from Highway 291. Make a left onto Rush Drive, and follow signs to the parking lot behind the Outpatient Pavilion. Parking will be available onsite, and the vaccine clinic bus will be parked outside, where anyone can walk up to register.

If community members are coming to the clinic to receive a COVID-19 booster shot, be prepared to confirm that you received a completed series of the Pfizer-BioNTech brand of vaccine, and that you received your completed series a minimum of six months prior to Oct. 22.

No ID or insurance is required for the clinic, which is completely free of charge. All community members intending to receive a second shot or booster shot for COVID-19 are asked to bring their COVID-19 Vaccination Record card with them.
