The Chaffee Office of Housing has scheduled a special virtual webinar conducted by the Colorado Mountain Housing Coalition (CMHC) from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 23 as an overview of the impacts of the increased costs of materials on housing construction.

The event includes a presentation from the Colorado Association of Home Builders, as well as insights from a builder based in Gunnison. The host will be the Director of the Gunnison Valley Regional Housing Authority Jennifer Kermode.
