The Chaffee Board of County Commissioners has scheduled a continuation of their hearing of Alison Brown’s appeal of the Planning Commission’s rejection of her Limited Impact Review for her kennel application at 5:30 p.m. April 16. The appeal questions the Planning Commission’s interpretation of Chaffee County Land Use Code related to her use of her property at 11600 Antelope Rd., Salida.
The hearing in the commissioners meeting room at 104 Creston Ave., Salida. is a continuation of their March 27 hearing in which they began consideration of the appeal late in the evening, and chose to continue it close to 11 p.m. at night.
