Entertainment is carefully returning to the Arkansas River Valley in the wake of the coronavirus known as COVID-19. The Surf Hotel’s newest venue will host Liver Down The River on The LAWN beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 6.
The Lawn is a new venue located in the center of South Main Town Square and allows participants to socially distance while enjoying live music.
The organizers are inviting residents and guests to help support the local band while mingling with friends and family and dancing the night away. This event has limited availability due to COVID-19 regulations. Children 12 and under are free. Doors are at 5 p.m. the show starts at 6 p.m.
Liver Down The River is a five-piece band that has shared the stage with The Infamous Stringdusters, Railroad Earth, The New Mastersounds, and Poor Man’s Whiskey.
The band formed in 2012 and its members say they strive” to have nothing but a great time”. Their music is a blend of original and improvisational compositions. Click the video below to listen.
