Skiers rejoice, Monarch Mountain announced this week that it will extend its ski season to April 16.
With recent giant dumps of the white stuff rolling in from strong winter storms, the resort announced that it has some of the best spring snow in years. And, a nother winter storm is due to roll in on Thursday.

All lifts and runs are open. As it is looking at this moment, ski and snowboarders can enjoy the powder all the way through closing day festivities on Sunday, April 16.
