Moonlight Pizza and Brewpub will donate 10 percent of all sales on Monday, Oct. 1, to the Colorado Tick-Borne Disease Awareness Association.
The association is a 501(c)3, all-volunteer organization dedicated to elevating awareness of Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases through education, prevention, research and advocacy.
As the prevalence and distribution of ticks and tick-borne diseases are growing, so should awareness. Those who have questions or need to find resources can drop by the “tick table” at Moonlight Monday, Oct. 1, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and get answers and a free “Tick Check” reminder sticker.
