The election results are in, and the Buena Vista School District now knows who will be serving on the Board of Education for the next two to four years.

Newly elected member Stacey Moss will represent District A, which is a four-year term ending 2023. The race against Nathaniel Weeks saw 2,866 voters weigh in on the decision, with close to 75 percent in favor of Moss.

Nancy Best and Jessica Crites, who ran for the At Large position, a two-year term ending 2021, also saw votes from nearly 2,800 voters who live in the Buena Vista School District. Roughly 62 percent of those votes were in favor of Crites.  The At Large four-year term ending in 2023 also elected Brett Mitchell and Tracy Storms.

Suzette Hachmann, who ran unopposed, will serve a four-year term ending in 2023 as the District C representative.
