The Poncha Springs Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, in the Poncha Springs Town Hall for their regular meeting. On the agenda are several public hearings concerning land use variance requests and the proposed 2020 budget.
The board will hold a public hearing for a variance request for 121 Halley’s Ave, Unit B, in the Monarch Crossing subdivision. The request asks for a variance to the municipal code that requires “Sidewalk signs shall be removed at the close of business each day.”
The Board of Trustees will also hold a public hearing for the town’s proposed 2020 budget. In draft form, the budget is covered under Resolution 2019-8, which would adopt the 2020 budget.
Other items on the agenda include discussion of a letter of support for the Larks Perch Subdivision Access Easement to Public Lands.
