The Poncha Springs Board of Trustees has a packed agenda for its July 22 meeting, which will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 333 Burnett Ave. There are three public hearings scheduled: two on variance requests for two development projects, one for a liquor license, two for special events taking place at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds and one for Legree’s Market, located at 10100 W Hwy 50.

Other business includes consideration of a request for water service at 10373 Hutchinson Lane and a lease agreement with Chaffee County Childcare Initiative at the Old School House. Also on the agenda, a review of a W-1 warrant request for a sign for Anytime Fitness at 9985 Hwy 50, development of a policy for “no parking areas” in front of fire hydrants, and discussions on the Chaffee County 2019 Re-entry Plan, as well as long-term capital projects planning.
