The Poncha Springs Planning and Zoning Committee (P & Z) will hold its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 8 at the Poncha Springs Town Hall, 333 Burnett Avenue.

On the P&Z agenda is a public hearing on a variance request for Lots 9 & 10 in the Spartan Heights subdivision. Habitat for Humanity is seeking a reduced front setback for proposed buildings on these lots.

Also on the agenda is a policy discussion regarding painted curbs in front of fire hydrants, followed by a discussion on long-term planning for capital projects.
