The Poncha Springs Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, October 8 at the Poncha Springs Town Hall, 333 Burnett Avenue. There will be a public hearing on the final plat and request for rezoning on the Harder-Diesslin Development Group’s Minor Subdivision, located on the west side of Halley’s Ave., north of CR120 and south of Monarch Crossing.
The Committee will consider the Harder-Diesslin Preliminary Plat and entryway sign layouts, and end the meeting with a discussion of what to do with remaining funds from the Hoover Park improvements.
