The regular meeting of the Poncha Springs Board of Trustees will begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday, January 28th at the Poncha Springs Town Hall, 333 Burnett Avenue. On the agenda is a presentation on the proposed  Mesa Crossings project, given by Chaffee County Housing Director Becky Gray and Salida School superintendent Dave Blackburn.

Also on the agenda is a public hearing on the first phase of that development, four-plex apartment buildings on Spartan Heights Lots nine and 10. New business will include a site review for that development, consideration of the IGA (Intergovernmental Agreement) with Angel of Shavano Recycling, and a W-1 warrant for the Tailwind development.
