The April 5 Poncha Springs General Election has returned one incumbent to the Board of Trustees and elected two new trustees.  Trustee Adrian Quintana won the election, while newcomers Evalyn Parks and Katie Davis each won a trustee seat.

The certified election results are as follows:

Deputy City Clerk Janine Bertram has confirmed that there are no pending missing signatures or signature discrepancies. All were resolved on Tuesday, election day. The total number of votes cast was 241, representing a 30.7 percent participation of active voters.

The Poncha Springs voter rolls show:

932 Registered voters
785 Active Voters
147 Inactive

New trustees and the incumbent trustee will be sworn in at our Regular April Board Meeting April 25, 2022. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.

The Board will also be appointing Berttram Town Clerk at that meeting.
