The Salida City Council work session planned for 6:00 p.m. Monday Feb. 28 has been canceled to allow instead for an important Planning Commission meeting. That agenda concerns numerous proposed amendments regarding Inclusionary Housing, to further promote the development of workforce housing.
Commission members will be asked to consider input gathered from multiple meetings with developers plus feedback from Staff. A favorable reaction to some or all of the significant changes would result in a recommendation to City Council to amend language contained Chapter 16 of the Salida City Code.

The following evening, the Salida City Council meets in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 1.
