Salida City Council Considers 505 Oak St. Planned Development, Other Housing Matters Nov. 15

The Salida City Council is holding a regular meeting tonight in council chambers in the Touber Building, 448 East First Street. The full agenda and packet, as well as remote meeting access information, can be found here.

On the agenda are a public hearing and final approval for Ordinance 2023-04, adopting Plastic Pollution Reduction Act measures and establishing penalties for violating the Act. Also on the agenda; a continuation request until May 2 for Ordinance 2023-05, establishing procedures for small cell facility applications.

Resolution 2023-12, approving the subdivision and inclusionary housing plan for the 505 Oak Street development will be considered for approval.

The city’s agenda also includes consideration and approval for Resolution 2023-11, adopting a procedure for memorials and donations on City public property such as parks and open spaces; a change of location request for a liquor license application for Riveting Experience Jewelry; and a proclamation for March as Women’s History Month.
