SunFest is an event that showcases the youth who have studied with Articipate in a concert in Riverside Park. The event would consist of performances by Rok Skool and Wooden Raindrops. This event is traditionally sponsored by various community organizations, but according to Articipate, most sponsors have pulled out due to COVID-19.

Articipate is asking the city to dedicate staff to help assist in security, crowd management, and event set up. It would also like a sponsorship to donate fencing and paint circles in the grass to help people maintain social distancing, with the goal of holding a responsible event. it is requesting use of the city’s management software to distribute tickets.

The Meeting will be held via GoToMeeting. To pre-register click here.
