Salida High School will host the 2021 Salidabration for their Junior and Senior class from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Saturday, May 1. The Junior/Senior Prom and After prom will take place at the Chaffee Fair Grounds to allow for social distancing and to comply with current health orders. Rok Box D.J. will be providing the music and entertainment.
Principal Tami Thompson said, “Prom is an important milestone for students. We are happy to be able to offer this year’s Juniors and Seniors the opportunity to participate. Our junior parents and local retailers have been awesome in supporting our efforts to combine Prom and After Prom into one celebration this year.”
Prom will also include foosball, corn hole, hungry hippos, laser tag, and trikes. Salida High School will also be giving away over $5,000 in prizes.
Only Salida High School Juniors and Seniors may attend. Tickets must be purchased online before Thursday, April 29. Click here to purchase tickets.
