Salida High has pivoted to a remote learning day on Tuesday, October 20, due to another positive COVID-19 case.
The initial review of the case shows no school connections beyond Salida High School. All other buildings will continue with in-person learning.
Public Health will conduct contact tracing throughout the day. If you do not receive a call from Public Health, you do not need to take any action. The school response team will be evaluating cases as well as the increasing case numbers throughout the county to determine if a change in programming is necessary.
More information will be released by the end of the day through the Salida School app and via email to parents and guardians.
