To expedite a repair to the hot water supply lines, the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center will remain closed for several more days. The City of Salida Recreation Department has been performing annual cleaning and maintenance at the Hot Springs Aquatic Center this past week, which requires the annual closure. What was unforeseen was the discovery of the need for water line repairs.
That extra work will delay the reopening of the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center for an, as yet, unknown additional period of time. Those with questions can contact the Salida Recreation Department at 719-539-6768.
