The Salida School Board will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13, for its regular meeting, following a 4:30 p.m. work session. The meeting will be held in the board room of the Kesner Building, located at 348 H St. Salida.
One item on the school board agenda is a resolution for the annexation by Colorado Mountain College and the specific wording that will be used on the ballot in the upcoming November election. This item was to be discussed in August at the Salida School Board retreat.
The board has not held a regular meeting since the special meeting June 27 to officially appoint Jeff Post to the board to fill the District 5 vacancy.
