The Salida Spartans are ready for the 2021-2022 sports season. Community members are encouraged to cheer on their hometown Spartans. Salida High School will host its first of two games of the school year on August 24.
Starting at 4:00 p.m. today, the boys soccer team will take on Cañon City at Ben Oswald Park in Salida.
The Lady’s Volleyball team will be taking on Del Norte in the SHS gym.
C team starts at 4:30 p.m. followed by JV and Varsity which is expected to start at 6:30 p.m. Masks are required for spectators in the SHS gym for volleyball.
Tickets are five dollars for adults and four dollars for students and seniors over the age of 60. They can be purchased online here.
