Several thousand people lined F Street on Friday evening November 23, to view the annual Festival of Lights Parade and lighting of the giant Christmas tree on Tenderfoot Mountain.  It was a gorgeous calm evening, chilly, but perfect for a winter time parade. Excited children’s faces were mirrored by adults along the parade route, as well as by the faces of the participants in the parade. Below are several pictures of the parade marchers and floats.
