Great sports teams don’t just happen by accident and neither do those in business or the nonprofit world. They’re a combination of talented individuals, led by a dynamic coach, focused on practicing their unique skills every day.
Woods believes that in addition to your business goals, one other key element is critical – “providing meaning and purpose within your team.”
According to Woods “A company’s purpose is well more than a founder’s or CEO’s intrinsic interests. It is reflected by those who daily contribute to the company’s bottom-line, culture, and reputation.” In other words: contributions must come from the bottom up and they must be aligned with the mission.
Woods is described as “one of the few veteran ‘purpose activators’ on the planet, working with individuals, organizations, and businesses to align their lives and work with soul purpose.
“Providing Meaning and Purpose Within Your Team” promises to deliver three objectives to each attendee:
- Explore the seven key steps to bring meaning and purpose into your organization and team
- Build purpose alignment and coherence among your team using five methods
- Infuse four strategies into your company for continuous purpose alignment
