According to a mailed communication from Solvista Health, their Buena Vista offices will relocate to a new location in February. Service will begin at 211 Tabor Street, Suites 110 and 112 on February 12, 2024. The organization hopes the centralized location will be more convenient for clients.
Service will continue at the current location in the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) Buena Vista Health Center at 28374 County Road 317 until February 12.
“Our team is working hard to avoid any interruption in services,” states the letter.
If patients or community members have questions or concerns about the move they can call 719-275-2351.
Appointments at the Buena Vista location are made through Solvista’s main number, which is listed above. The new location will not have walk-in services or front desk personnel.
Mobile Crisis services are available every day at any hour by reaching out to Solvista’s Call Center number. Colorado Crisis Services is available at 844-493-8255 or by texting TALK to 38255.
