During this stressful time of the coronavirus pandemic known as COVID-19, coupled with new Colorado “Stay at home” orders from Governor Jared Polis, anxiety can happen to anyone. Solvista Health has created a series of videos titled “Mental Health Minute” offering reminders and tips for people to help take care of their behavioral health.
According to Solvista Health Public Information Coordinator Gwen Ferguson, “These tips will be especially helpful now while we are physically distancing at home, however, these practices are good for your overall health and wellness all the time.”
Below is the link for the first video.
Solvista is encouraging people to share the Mental Health Minutes on personal social media pages, or go to the Solvista Health Facebook page and directly share it there.
Those with questions are encouraged to reach out to Solvista Health at 719-275-2351. Solvista says that it is continuing to deliver behavioral health services via Telehealth and telephone, as well as through its 24/7 crisis help system.
